A note from the founder
I’m Ryane Sloan, founder of Thinkers & Doers. I built this company around a simple standard: do the work with discipline, communicate clearly, and follow through—every time.
My mother practiced medicine as an M.D. for over 40 years in the DC–Maryland area. Watching her care for patients shaped how I think about service: the work matters because people are on the other side of it. That
mindset shows up in how we handle time-sensitive courier deliveries—steady communication, respectful
handling, and custody-minded execution—especially when timing is critical.
And with my background in business operations and finance, I also understand what leaders need to run well:
clean visibility, strong controls, and reporting that supports real decisions.
